Petticoat in Blue

It isn’t a common occurrence that one has the opportunity to flash around in a blue petticoat….oh…this is going to be fun!

Defying Gravity/2024

44 x 70

A determination to be free of gravity, to leap with abandonment and feel the spirit of the body and soul. Wearing the colors of the sky she reaches for air, and for a moment she can fly.

Stella Grace with the Pink Boa/2025

The roads one can take are unlimited, and the courage to find one's own way is always an adventure. My work is a a continuous exploration of the unknown, driven by curiosity and a desire to expand my sense of wonder at the world. Through my art, I seek to capture the moments of discovery and transformation that arise when we step off the beaten path and embrace the unfamiliar.

I hope to inspire others to embrace the adventure of finding their own way, to see the world with fresh eyes, and to find themselves in a state of grace.

Amy in the Red Poppies

44 x 70

The boldness of lifting her face to the sky in the midst of magical poppies—what a dance. Her confidence inspired me, and whatever hesitation I carried simply disappeared. I followed the joy she embodied.

Stella with Umbrella

44 x 70

With a playfulness, she balances the umbrella in her hand like she balances life—lightly, boldly, without hesitation. There is an abandonment in her movement, a fearlessness that belongs only to youth.

Cecelia with the Crocked Crown

44 x 70

Ceceila’s almost a young woman, but she still carries that wild, playful spirit of a kid. Her crooked crown? She wears it perfectly—like it’s made just for her. For me, this piece is about celebrating that messy, beautiful mix of growing up while still holding on to what makes you unique and real. It’s a reminder that you don’t have to be perfect to shine—you just have to own who you are.

Anayas

44 x 70

There are moments when I take a photo and I know—that was it. The exact moment when everything aligned to capture the spirit. It’s not about the right camera, the perfect lens, or Photoshop—those are useful tools, yes—but the real magic is in the trust. The vulnerability of our connection. That is where the moment lives.

Ann in the Yellow Hat/2024

72 x 44

Life can be a challenge, but every now and then finding the joy of playfulness shines some light on my spirit. A blue petticoat, shoes with bows, satin gloves and a yellow hat all wrapped up in a pretty pink bow. Why? Because it makes me smile, and just maybe, it will make someone else’s life feel a bit lighter.

Rise Up

44 x 70

She reaches for her dream with determination and strength. With arms open wide, she gathers the energy of joy—ready to rise and meet the day.

Cecelia in the sky with Diamonds/2024

66 x 42

When I asked Cecelia if she would let me take her photo her only question…”Can I wear a crown?” I mean yes of course…who doesn’t want to wear a crown?

Amy and Thor

44x70

I created this out of the sheer desire of a whimsical image. Two of my favorite people, ok, so one is furry…humor me.
